When you need BE.
With class B you may already tow trailers – but only up to 750 kg, or heavier ones as long as the whole combination stays below 3,500 kg. That is not enough for most caravans, horse trailers and large box trailers.
With BE the trailer itself may weigh up to 3,500 kg – together with the car up to 7,000 kg.
